I decided to join the 'Brain Boost Blueprint' not because I suffered from brain injuries, but because of past traumatic experiences. I realized those events had left a mark on my way of thinking, and I felt my brain could function better. The course taught a holistic approach to brain health, combining knowledge about nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management, all of which influence our mental efficiency. Additionally, the course taught us goal setting and methods to enhance work efficiency which proved to be invaluable skills in everyday life and work. This four-week program skillfully combined scientific insights with practical exercises. Surprisingly, the most inspiring and motivating aspects of the course were the live Zoom meetings and interactions with other participants. Sharing experiences and motivating each other was invaluable. Having partners who supported my commitments gave me strength. Additionally, the course material was well organized and provided in files, which I could easily download to my computer. It’s fantastic that I now have permanent access to them and can return to them anytime. The program turned out to be exactly what I needed. Each week of the course, I saw my concentration grow. Throughout the weeks of the program, I developed new habits related to my morning routine, sleep hygiene, and physical activities, which have impacted my daily life and well-being. It was more than just a course; it was a journey to a better self. In future editions of the course, I would like to learn some techniques useful for improving memory.
