I got valuable advices on daily habits to form to increase one's energy level and overall health. Advice and suggestions to help with sleep issues, like my chronic lack of sleep. I highly recommend her course as imo she over-delivers. Margaret is very bright, is extremely knowledgeable in the health field, has a big heart and genuinely wants to make a big difference in the lives of the people she works with.

The sheer depth of Margaret's knowledge on the health topic. I could not help feeling she ought to have her own TV show as she could talk for hours on various health topics.
