I loved the information, the practical tips, our amazing weekly calls, and the great community! This course gave me a greater understanding of the inner workings of my brain and put the power in my hands. It offered a lot of great, easy-to-implement tips and information on nutrition, habits, and lifestyle. My goal joining the course was to increase my energy and have more clarity and I feel I have achieved it. My biggest takeaways from the course ; The direct and immediate connection between our diets, daily habits, outdoor time, sleep routines, etc. and our brain health. How the natural world holds the answers that we need to rebuild our brains and how rebuilding and strengthening our brains is possible and achievable. The importance of believing in ourselves and sharing our challenges and experiences with each other so that we can learn not only from our own experiences, but also from others' journeys. Community is important, as it is taking responsibility for our health and what we do with what we know. The power we have at our disposal - within, in community, in nature and the natural world. A balanced nutritional diet is better than supplements. Use anti-inflammatory foods to activate the mitochondria, the powerhouse of our cells. The importance of liver detoxing.
